Account Manager - Water at Ecolab Life Sciences. Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, seeks an Account Manager to join its sales team. You’ll be responsible for revenue and profit growth of programs and services in targeted accounts, using a consultative sales approach to build relationships with existing customers and execute system assurance programs that meet key business needs. Lead and coach District Reps, champion corporate initiatives, and plan/lead portions of District Meetings. Generate and execute sales plans to close opportunities within existing customer base and major, competitively-held accounts to meet profit goals. Collaborate with large, strategic customers to understand business needs and propose continuous improvement and innovation plans to maintain and grow sales. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within current and prospective customers, including plant or facility executives. Perform system analysis, interpret data, and provide written recommendations to optimize customer operations. Demonstrate ability to stabilize jeopardy business in large, strategic accounts. Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must reside within a commutable distance from Portland, ME. Bachelor’s degree. 5 years of technical sales or field sales support experience. Current and valid driver’s license. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role. Physical Requirements
Drive a company vehicle as required; pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks will be performed to determine eligibility to drive a company vehicle. Ability to perform essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications

The total compensation range for this position is $115,400-$173,000, including base pay and target incentives. Factors such as experience, education, training, geography, and plan terms are considered. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws. Benefits
