HVAC Training Technician - Paid Training Program for Entry Level! WE ARE HIRING for our Livermore and Rocklin Service Centers. Are you a career-oriented individual who is hungry and wants to take your career to the next level by enjoying the moment? Service Champions Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for enthusiastic and driven Entry Level Field Service Technicians. This is a full-time opportunity. No previous residential HVAC experience is necessary for this position; we hire for attitude and train for skill. You will go through an 8-week paid technical training program in our Champions University training center and lab in Pleasanton, CA. Drive top performance by performing routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems Operate hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and maintain furnaces, condensers and compressors Build client relationships by delivering remarkable service with strong communication and customer service skills Educate clients on their systems and maintenance requirements in a kind and encouraging manner Identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems Document service performed and recommendations in applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records Complete tasks in accordance with Service Champions quality and safety standards and honor commitments Update job knowledge by continuous learning and participating in educational opportunities Qualifications
Mechanical aptitude Ability to work in hot, cold, or wet climates Ability to crawl in tight spaces and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofs Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image Provide exceptional customer service on the job site Ability to perform physically demanding tasks daily Results driven in a high-energy environment Attention to detail Ability to follow directions and work independently After receiving a conditional offer of employment we will run a background check, drug test, MVR and reference check.
