Base pay range
$50.00/hr - $55.00/hr Education & Invention: Advanced technical degree (Ph.D. or equivalent experience mandatory) Publishing novel research in journals and conferences Patents (including delivery of patented solution) Technical: Excellent coding skills that include production software deployment Data engineering, ML modelling, & decision science with terabyte or petabyte level data sources Experience (concept to production) developing and deploying novel machine learning solutions MLOps workflows with tools like AWS services (IAM, Lambda, S3, MLFlow), Databricks, or related. Building productionized workflows involving large and disparate data sources (e.g. images, rasters, parquet, time-series, geo-tagged, text, and other unstructured data) Building real-time & interactive dashboards involving spatiotemporal/GIS visualization tools (e.g. Folium, Plotly), and labelling systems like Super Annotate, Label box, Voxel51. Debugging complex hardware & software systems, and associated data issues Influencing without authority, building rapport, persuading key collaborators, communicating progress/recommendations/methods/insights to stakeholders (e.g. product & delivery managers) Scoping work & setting priorities, leading brainstorming sessions & proof of concept studies, organizing teams in an Agile style delivery environment, & executing with consistency Define, quantify, and analyze key performance and customer value Indicators/metrics to support successful outcomes.
