Crafted Custom Homes + Renovations is a leading custom new construction and remodeling contractor in Houston, Texas. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Pre-Construction and Estimating Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for: Guiding our clients through the Preconstruction and/or Design Process Working closely with architects and interior designers to create or finalize plans Creating scopes of work for new construction and remodel projects Estimating projects based on plans and specifications Attending weekly preconstruction staff meetings Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in Residential construction Engaging personality with the ability to quickly connect with clients, vendors, and design partners Strong written and verbal communication skills Reliable transportation Ability to pass drug and criminal background tests Clean cut appearance College preferred but not required Provide 3 personal references and 3 job-related references (can be from subcontractors, former customers, or former employer) We offer: Eligible for bonuses after 90 days Eligible for profit sharing after 180 days A fun, collaborative team environment How to apply Please submit resumes through Indeed.
