Overview

Cardiac Electrophysiology Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant role at Westchester Medical Center Health Network. The ideal candidate will be experienced in cardiac electrophysiology with cardiac device management, joining our Arrhythmia Service at the Heart and Vascular Institute located across multiple sites: MidHudson Regional Hospital (Poughkeepsie), HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley (Mary’s Ave and Broadway Campuses; Kingston), and New Windsor/St. Luke’s-Cornwall Hospital. Responsibilities

Assess and manage arrhythmia patients Perform pre-admission testing for cardiac EP procedures Interrogate cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIEDs) and conduct remote monitoring Provide general support to Physicians and Medical Assistants under the supervision of attending Cardiac Electrophysiologists Primarily outpatient care with occasional inpatient care Shift commitments: 4 days, 10-hour shifts (8:00am–6:30pm); 2 days in Kingston, 1 day in New Windsor, and 2x/month in MidHudson, 2x/month in Valhalla Qualifications / Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Current New York State NP or PA license BLS and ACLS certification required Cardiology experience required; Electrophysiology experience preferred About Work Locations

MidHudson Regional Hospital in Poughkeepsie, NY, HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley campuses in Kingston, NY, and New Windsor/St. Luke’s-Cornwall Hospital.
