As an Assistant Manager, you are on hand to resolve issues and identify new ways of doing things. You are loyal and passionate about your customers and your team. Working with your manager, you will help shape the store and there are opportunities to grow within the company. This role supports the Store Manager in managing overall store operations, driving sales alongside relevant KPIs, and leading a cohesive team of motivated employees to deliver memorable experiences for all customers. Responsibilities
Be a role model—motivate and engage your team to live the brand values daily, promoting an inclusive and positive working atmosphere. Deliver outstanding service to all customers, demonstrating role model behaviours. Assist in driving sales, commerciality, and maintenance of standards, including compliance with policies and procedures. Communicate efficiently on the floor and behind the scenes; develop and maintain relationships across the business, with customers and community partners. Partner with the Store Manager to generate innovative and engaging marketing ideas. Take ownership of stock management and visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to and delivering on store KPIs. Serve as product expert and trainer to educate the team and advise customers. Foster a supportive, productive and inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and accountability. Support store management in opening/closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean, well-presented store. Create amazing customer experiences through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression. Maintain compliance with company policies including health and safety regulations. Take ownership of stock management and visual merchandising guidelines to contribute toward store KPIs. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required
Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Experience in a customer-facing role; leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not essential Flexible and adaptable; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles Self-starter and ambitious—motivated to achieve and exceed store targets Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Working Conditions
