Director, Integrated Marketing (Omni-Channel) at Samyang America, Inc. The role reports to VP Marketing, New Ventures and leads growth marketing for the New Venture portfolio across channels including retail, Amazon & online. Responsibilities
Growth, E-commerce and integrated marketing strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive sales, awareness, consideration and conversion. Team and agency leadership: Lead a team of 3+ marketers and agency partners. Shopper Marketing & Retail Media: Lead Shopper Marketing and Retail Media strategy and implementation. Marketing Activation, Sampling and Partnerships: Drive activation, sampling and partnerships to drive trial and awareness. Marketplace Management: Oversee presence on Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, TikTok Shop, Instacart and other platforms with best-in-class content, promotions, and advertising effectiveness. Performance Marketing: Execute and analyze campaigns (Amazon Ads, Google Shopping, paid social) to improve traffic, conversion, and retention. Website Channel Optimization: Collaborate to enhance Shopify website UX/UI to drive engagement and brand storytelling. Data Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and sales; provide data-driven recommendations. Customer Acquisition & Brand Building: Build influencer relationships to expand brand presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook. Customer Experience & Retention: Improve customer journey touchpoints to increase engagement and retention. Inventory & Forecasting: Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure inventory availability, demand planning and fulfillment for e-commerce. Competitive & Market Analysis: Stay ahead of e-commerce trends and competitor activity to drive innovation. Requirements
10 years of experience in e-commerce, performance marketing and integrated marketing campaigns. 3 years experience with Shopper Marketing and retail media. Experience in a combination of established CPG and start-up/entrepreneurial environments. Experience in CPG Food preferred. Experience managing a team of at least 3. Proven experience leading an integrated agency team. Proven expertise in e-commerce and Amazon-specific sales channels. Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and strategies—particularly performance marketing on platforms like TikTok, Meta, Amazon, and others, including hands-on experience. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations. Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and e-commerce platforms like Shopify or similar. Experience with customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty strategies. Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred. Salary & Benefits
The base salary is between $140,000.00 and $170,000.00 per year. Actual compensation depends on qualifications, experience, and location. This position may be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life Insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) with company matching.
