Job Description
Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
Monitor project progress and proactively address issues or delays.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in construction project management.
Proven track record of managing commercial construction projects.
Strong knowledge of project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
PMP certification is a plus.
