With a strong commitment to client advocacy, we are expanding our team and looking for a passionate Personal Injury Attorney with proven litigation experience to join our growing practice. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced attorney to manage a caseload of personal injury matters, from pre-litigation through trial. The ideal candidate is confident in the courtroom, skilled in research, writing, and legal strategy, and dedicated to achieving the best results for clients. Responsibilities

Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs Manage a docket of personal injury cases from intake through resolution Prepare demands, motions, discovery requests/responses, and other legal documents Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials Develop a case strategy and advise clients accordingly Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance carriers Supervise support staff as necessary (e.g., paralegals, case managers) Maintain accurate and timely case records using legal case management software Qualifications

Strong knowledge of legal research programs such as Westlaw and Lexis products is required Candidates must currently be a member of their local bar association - active member preferred Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in Colorado and in good standing Minimum of 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury Demonstrated trial and courtroom experience Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment with little supervision Client-focused, ethical, and driven to achieve justice Compensation

Compensation:

$110,000 - $140,000 per year
