Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and dispositive motions. Represent clients in court appearances and arbitration. Draft and respond to discovery, including meet-and-confer letters. Defend wage & hour and PAGA claims (individual and class action). Respond to government investigations and inquiries. Draft and review employment agreements, severance agreements, policies, and Employee Handbooks. Requirements
