About the Role
A global MedTech innovator is preparing to commercialize a next-generation, ultrasound-based interventional platform addressing a major area of unmet need in cardiovascular care. As the Territory Sales Manager, you’ll lead the Colorado market launch. Partnering with interventional cardiologists, cath lab teams, and hospital administrators to establish a novel therapy that’s redefining treatment possibilities. This position is ideal for a proven hospital-based device sales professional who thrives in market creation and wants to help bring breakthrough technology into clinical practice. What You’ll Do
Drive adoption of an ultrasound-driven interventional therapy across key health systems. Build and execute territory launch plans, focusing on high-volume centers and early-adopter physicians. Develop strong relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders to accelerate approval and utilization. Deliver compelling clinical and economic discussions that influence decision-making at all levels. Provide procedural support, physician training, and ongoing education to ensure confidence and clinical success. Collaborate with internal teams on launch strategy, market feedback, and continuous improvement. Manage all territory operations including forecasting, CRM accuracy, and inventory logistics. What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field. 7–10+ years of experience in interventional cardiology or related device sales. Strong background with ultrasound-based or image-guided cardiovascular technologies. Demonstrated success launching disruptive technologies into complex hospital environments. Deep understanding of cath lab workflows and cardiovascular procedures. Skilled in delivering clinical, technical, and economic value to multi-stakeholder teams.
