Financial Advisor
to join a dynamic team servicing clients through custodial referral channels. This hybrid position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area with a schedule that includes client and prospect meetings. Primary Job Functions
Manage client relationships and assist with the management of complex clients to the Wealth Enhancement Group planning-based standard of identity. Facilitate the financial planning process and engage clients in the planning process. Prepare and conduct annual reviews, including both planning and investment topics. Assist the RVP to help close prospective clients and generate opportunities within your network. Drive referrals from existing clients and assist with closing leads provided by various channels (Marketing, CRP, etc.). Take meeting notes and promptly enter them into the CRM; present financial advice or plans to clients. Analyze client investments and insurance policies; perform account management and trades as needed. Participate in Wealth Enhancement Group trainings, educational events, coaching programs, and use advisor/client-facing technology. Adhere to the Corporate Communication Strategy and maintain good compliance standing. Education/Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree (or equivalent) in business, finance, economics, or related field. Minimum 2 consecutive years as a registered representative (IAR) with Series 65 or 7/66; minimum 5 years as a registered representative in a full-service broker-dealer, securities portfolio management, or as a CFP, CFA, or CPA. Series 65 or 7/66 required; advanced designation (CFA, CFP, or CPA) preferred. Experience with complex financial planning (tax, trust, estate) and ability to convert prospects to clients with high-level planning-oriented service. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects. Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce and related tools.
