Up to 20% PwC, in its tax services practice, focuses on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions. Those in tax compliance at PwC validate clients\' compliance with tax laws and regulations. You will review and analyse financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimising risks of non-compliance. Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, and you collaborate to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. You are expected to solve through complexity, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly communicate how things fit together. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, and your commitment to excellence, contributes to the Firm\'s success. The Opportunity As part of the PwC Private team you are expected to lead as tax advisors dedicated to innovation, providing clients with the right skills and technology to problem solve and deliver sustained outcomes. As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You are expected to interact with clients at a senior level and drive overall project success, leveraging your influence, specialized knowledge, and network to deliver quality results. The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
