Senior Tax Manager

Oversee and participate in the preparation of U.S. corporate income tax returns and related compliance filings for multinational and domestic clients. Contribute to the growth and development of the Tax practice as a member of the tax management team. Apply technical tax knowledge to help clients manage U.S. income tax reporting obligations, including related areas such as ASC 740. Qualifications
CPA, EA, or legal professional designation (LLM in Tax preferred) 6-8 years of U.S. tax experience Solid understanding of U.S. federal corporate income tax compliance Experience in U.S. corporate tax and familiarity with ASC 740 Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience managing and mentoring staff Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Flexibility to work extended hours during busy periods Relocation to Cayman
