This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The firm is looking for candidates with strong skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, e-filing, and legal research tools such as Lexis/Nexis. Experience with No-Fault litigation is a plus. Responsibilities
Handling and managing litigation files from inception through trial.
Preparing motions and memorandums of law.
Preparing Answers to Summons and Complaints.
Drafting Arbitration Submissions.
Preparing pleadings, discovery, demands and responses.
Drafting Declaratory Judgment Actions.
Drafting reports and providing file analysis.

Compensation $50,000-$100,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
