Your Role at Baxter The Senior Analyst, Sales Enablement will improve efficiency and effectiveness for the US sales force, eliminating barriers to sales goal achievement. These solutions may include process improvement, software/tool deployment, and information/knowledge management. This requires a high degree of insightfulness and self-motivation to assess needs and provide insights to create strategic, people-oriented solutions. This role is an integral part of the Commercial Operations team, working closely with Sales Executives, Regional Managers, and Sales Representatives. It will also involve coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver timely and effective solutions. As a member of US Commercial Operations, you will work closely with all business teams to improve and build developing systems and processes. Location : This is a hybrid role based out of our Deerfield, IL office.
