Responsibilities
Drive national revenue growth by managing and closing sales of healthcare solutions to self-funded employer prospects and broker/consultant advisors Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize revenue and identify customer targets Build and maintain authentic relationships with current and future business partners, including brokers and consultants Provide revenue intelligence through insights and accurate pipeline data to leadership Collaborate with Account Services to ensure successful customer implementations and positive experiences
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience 15 years of experience in employee benefit commercial sales and design Proven track record in Employer, Private Equity, Public Sector, Labor & Trust, or Tribal membership markets Deep knowledge of employee benefits and self-funded employer groups Strong business acumen and ability to leverage analytics in sales strategies
Preferred Qualifications
Positive, collaborative attitude with strong listening skills High emotional intelligence and ability to read interpersonal dynamics Self-directed with a proven ability to work independently Passionate connection to the company mission and values Above-average financial and analytic skills
