Job Overview As a Merchandising Colleague - also known as a Front of House Colleague - you'll play a critical role in delivering a seamless, inspiring in-store experience. You will be responsible for executing merchandise movement and placement strategies, enhancing the visual appeal of the sales floor, maintaining well-organized and shoppable displays, and ensuring that pricing and promotional signage is accurate and up to date. Your attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence will directly impact our customers' experience. You'll be a visible and welcoming presence on the floor, greeting customers with genuine hospitality and offering assistance to ensure they feel seen, supported, and valued. Collaboration is key to this role. You'll work closely with colleagues across departments to meet shared goals, support sales, and contribute to a culture of hospitality, positivity and making every customer feel welcome by greeting them with a smile and offering your help whenever needed. Responsibilities

Support visual merchandising by updating mannequins, resetting floor layouts, and aligning presentation with company directives to set an impactful shopping experience. Focus on the customer on the floor—offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations; actively listen to customer needs and provide thoughtful assistance to build relationships. Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, replenishing merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves as needed. Finish Strong by sharing Loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have what they need, and ending with a sincere thank-you; collaborate with the team to reorganize the department and prepare the space for tomorrow. Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities. Who You Are

Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors; read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English Able to create connections with customers, help the store achieve sales goals, and participate in sales-boosting events Create a welcoming, friendly environment for customers and colleagues, fostering meaningful conversations and connections Able to learn about products in the store and provide expert guidance based on customer wants, features, and choices Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits Effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience Work seamlessly with colleagues at all levels and across departments to drive sales and elevate the customer experience Meet daily sales goal challenges Essential Physical Requirements

Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, reaching including above eye level Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash register operations What We Can Offer You
