The COPH Department of Health Policy and Management seeks a highly qualified candidate to fill a full-time, tenure-track position. All applicants must upload/send a cover letter outlining their background and interests and curriculum vitae to the contact below. Responsibilities

Contribute to the teaching mission of COPH, delivering courses in the CEPH-accredited MPH program, CAHME-accredited MHA program, or the PhD program in Health Systems and Services Research, ensuring the success of HPM education programs. Generate extramural funding to conduct and disseminate original research. Advise and mentor graduate students. Provide service to college and university committees. Participate in program assessment activities. Qualifications

Ph.D. or equivalent degree in healthcare management, health administration, health services research, health economics, implementation science, data analytics, informatics, or related field required. Candidates with a strong commitment to research and scholarship, teaching, and mentoring are encouraged to apply. Additional Information

This position is a Designated Research Position and is regulated by the Arkansas Research Education Protection Act of 2025.
