Job Description
The Regional Sales Director is an energy industry veteran who consistently pursues, acquires, manages, and maintains key accounts in the large commercial and industrial sector. As an experienced Freedom Energy sales team member, the Regional Sales Director will be a key contributor driving sales and assisting to enhance sales processes and strategies while supporting team members and positively impacting those around them. The role involves collaboration with sales, operations, and executive teams to develop and implement company objectives and strategic initiatives. This is a full-time position with a base salary plus residual commissions.

Job Responsibilities
Drive electricity and natural gas sales in the C/I market (large accounts). Develop, maintain, and retain a portfolio of satisfied, long-term clients.
Achieve and exceed new business acquisition, retention, and other established goals.
Represent the Freedom Energy Logistics brand professionally through various media platforms, community events, and business functions.
Identify customer goals and objectives, including risk tolerance and sustainability requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
Maintain regular communication regarding activity and KPIs with the sales manager.
Manage call and activity lists, and continually update the sales database with relevant information and expiration dates.
Follow procedures for pricing requests, client enrollment, and internal documentation. Respond promptly and confidently to client calls.
Advocate for clients to ensure satisfaction and deliver exceptional service.
Perform administrative responsibilities as required.
Collaborate with teams to develop and implement company strategies.
Contribute as a thought leader through media, presentations, articles, and events.
Enjoy working as part of a dynamic team.
Job Qualifications and Skills
7-10 years of energy sales experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
Proven success in creating and managing sales pipelines and selling solutions.
Attention to detail, honesty, and integrity.
Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Ability to work within a high-energy team environment.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Requirements
Bachelor's or associate degree preferred.
Energy or renewable certifications are a plus. Experience with energy sales, account management, and CRM tools.
Proven track record in energy sales with a loyal client base.
