What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Design, build, and maintain backend systems for stablecoin transactions, including deposits and withdrawals
Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for high-impact projects, overseeing them from design to production
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and integrate stablecoin functionality into core products
Build internal and external APIs that facilitate stablecoin-powered money movement for businesses and partners
Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability challenges in backend systems
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering
Proven experience building and operating large-scale backend systems, ideally in fintech, payments, or crypto
Strong proficiency in backend technologies (e.g., Go, Java) and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP)
Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and system design
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects end-to-end as a DRI
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Prior experience working with stablecoins, DeFi protocols, or on-chain payments
Familiarity with smart contract platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana) and related developer tools
Contributions to open-source crypto or blockchain projects
Experience building multi-chain or cross-chain applications
Interest in or experience with tokenomics, financial primitives, or digital asset infrastructure
