Overview IT Program Manager TS/SCI CI Poly

Must have TS/SCI and CI poly.

As

IT Program Management , you will be responsible for oversight of several programs.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary management point of contact for contractor support, overseeing accomplishments of tasks

Accountable for overall program success and commitments, ensuring client’s expectations are exceeded

Prepares and provides required reports, briefings and reviews to client and corporate as necessary

Manages and ensures timely delivery of all program activities and quality deliverables

Coordinates and monitors sub-contractor activities, deliverables and finances

Manages and ensures program budget is met and complies with contractual obligations

Assign, track and maintain current status of activities ensuring responsive delivery

Accountable for all decisions, actions, and directives with respect to contractual obligations

Develops, reviews and approves plans, schedules, and programmatic documents communicating status, risks and milestones

Ensures award fees are maximized

Lead key organizational stakeholders and action owners within programs, measuring and managing progress toward goals of the programs

Qualifications, Education and/or Experience

Master's Degree in a STEM field or Business

10 years of relevant experience; 5 years IC experience

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired

Active TS/SCI w/CI Poly

Requirements/Abilities

Experience organizing, planning and directing programs and personnel

Excellent interpersonal, written and customer-facing skills
