Overview

The Accounting Senior Manager oversees multiple accounting functions and ensures compliance with GAAP and internal policies. This role involves managing teams, optimizing accounting processes, and contributing to strategic financial planning. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Compliance Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including reconciliation preparation and review of various accounts. Ensure compliance with GAAP. Prepare internal and external financial reports, including footnotes and disclosures. Team Leadership & Development Supervise and mentor accounting staff. Allocate workloads and provide training to accounting staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Process Optimization & Systems Evaluate and improve accounting systems and processes. Support ERP upgrades and implementations. Ensure scalability and accuracy in the chart of accounts and general ledger. Strategic Financial Support Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions. Collaborate with business units, IT, and external auditors. Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 8-10 years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Familiarity with international accounting standards and multinational operations. Certifications such as CIA, CMA, or CFE. The RESPECT Service System
