Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team in the East Division. Account Managers aid clients with service needs and make changes to existing accounts. This role requires specific service and marketing responsibilities, meeting service and sales delivery standards, and supporting the goals and needs of Acrisure. Primarily, this entails providing the sales team with the necessary service support to obtain new clients and retain existing ones. Responsibilities
Interact with clients to address all servicing needs. Processing of policies, endorsements, and audits. Enter policy data into our client management system. Order loss runs for re-marketing accounts. Become proficient in carrier websites for quoting when remarketing an account or adding additional lines of coverage. Keep your desk and files organized at all times. Perform superior customer service at all times. Properly utilize the management system to track all pending items. Communicate with carriers for underwriting matters, audits, endorsements, carrier recommendations, etc. Expedite certificates of insurance if CSR team is short staffed and a client needs immediately. Run MVRs and update driver lists when required. Prepare renewal rating quotes based on applications. Process and issue binders. Attend agency and department meetings as well as training/education classes and sessions (within or outside the agency as directed). Requirements
Commercial insurance industry experience and/or demonstrated ability to handle the complexities of the role. Active Property and Casualty License required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and be proactive. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Applied Systems / EPIC experience is a plus. Education and Experience
High School diploma required; Associate Degree or higher preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Lines preferred. Benefits and Perks

Pay Details: The base compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $95,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
