Mission & Responsibilities
As Senior Enterprise Business Development, you will be responsible for large-scale, high-impact distribution channels embedding Morpho at the core of their product line by also: Position Morpho as the leading lending infrastructure for strategic distribution platforms
Be at the forefront of the Strategic Verticals (FinTechs, CEXes, NeoBanks, multisig wallet providers, infrastructure APIs, Middleware, and Digital Asset Custody) to identify key market trends, leading participants’ landscape, regulatory environments, and growth opportunities. Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective strategic partnerships leads for Morpho
Own and close transformational strategic integrations
Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with key strategic stakeholders capable of scaling Morpho’s usage via embedded lending/borrowing products. Lead end-to-end commercial and product discussions — prospecting, grasping product requirements, partnership structuring, negotiating, and onboarding. Manage and grow strategic partnerships, ensuring integrations succeed post-close and lead to sustainable lending/borrowing flows. Travel onsite to move forward negotiations and educate partners.

Co-design with strategic partners, tailored lending products (embedded borrow/lend experiences, SDK/API powered flows) Work with key Morpho stakeholders (Morpho internal teams, Morpho-aligned distribution channels, Morpho curators, and bespoke ecosystems) to build the best on-chain products.
Must-have Experience & Skills
5+ years in business development, sales, partnerships, or strategy roles in institutional financial services or fintech Ability to understand abstract and clearly communicate complex technical products to crypto-native and prospective strategic partners Perfect understanding of:
FinTech infrastructure (custodians, wallets, exchanges, BaaS) Embedded lending and credit flows Onchain lending/borrowing protocols and DeFi rails
Proven track record in negotiating and closing large-scale integrations or GTM partnerships—ideally with FinTechs, wallets, or exchanges. Deep network across crypto-native and FinTech distribution platforms. Excellent storytelling, presentation, and persuasion skills. Operates with low ego, strong curiosity, and bias toward ownership.
