Thompson Gray, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Program Analyst
to support our TMDE portfolio. This role is critical to the successful planning, execution, and oversight of multiple programs, ensuring compliance with Army financial regulations and delivering timely, accurate reporting to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Army acquisition, budget execution, and ERP systems such as GFEBS and CCaR.

Position Duties
Provide financial support to assist PD TMDE with achieving and sustaining Audit Readiness
Assist in the reconciliation of financial accounts using multiple financial systems, to include GFEBS, G-Invoicing, Business Objects (BOBJ) reporting tool, CCAR, DTS, LMP, GCSS Army, JRP, & WAWF
Comfortable working one-on-one with analysts as well as Program Officers (POs) and possess excellent communication skills.
Have a working knowledge of Army and DoD financial management business processes, demonstrated program execution ability for direct funding and customer orders
Execute funding processes including 1095s in LMP, MIPRs, G-Invoicing PRs, Direct Charges, and SPS PRs in GFEBS.
Prepare monthly reconciliation and execution summaries aligned with OSD goals.
Review and analyze monthly execution reports to evaluate program performance and spending patterns.
Assist the government with "what-if" scenario modeling and variable analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with government personnel to interpret financial data, explain impacts on program outcomes, and provide actionable recommendations.
Provide expertise in program financial management principles and best practices, supporting program managers in understanding financial execution.
Provide rapid-response data and materials for briefings and taskers to PEO and higher headquarters.
Be able to perform Analysis Process on recurring error incidents including Intermediate Document (IDOC) rejects and system errors.
Ability to create, update, and manage program spend plans at the direction of the PO and the Business and Financial Manager (BFM)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of experience in Army acquisition or program analysis.
Strong working knowledge of GFEBS, CCaR, LMP, and other Army financial systems.
Experience managing large-scale budgets and complex funding streams.
Must be comfortable engaging one-on-one with analysts and Program Officers (POs), and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and respond quickly to evolving priorities.
