Job Responsibilities
Serve as a single point of contact for customers, providing pre- and post-sale support for service products
Collaborate with outside sales personnel to ensure comprehensive customer coverage
Proactively follow up on marketing leads and requests for service quotes
Maintain customer databases and document activities using CRM software
Drive sales by taking ownership of open territories and lapsed service customers
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
Entry-level position with 1-3 years of technical experience preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office products
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in vacuum equipment or technical product sales
Multilingual skills, especially in Spanish
Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
Flexibility and adaptability as a team member
Self-starter with a strong work ethic
