Remote Family Law Senior Attorney
to join our
Fort Collins, CO Office
(remote but must reside in
Colorado
to attend hearings or meet with clients in the office). Base pay range:
$100,000.00/yr - $205,000.00/yr . Actual pay will be based on your skills and experience; talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities
Be adept at handling a variety of family law cases, such as divorce, custody, and child and spousal support. Be comfortable with direct client communications, drafting legal documents, and handling depositions, court appearances, and mediations. Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple responsibilities with attention to detail. Work collaboratively within a team-oriented setting, ensuring collective success. Opportunities
Remote setting with brick & mortar space available. Low billable hours requirement (120 per month). Compensation : $100,000 - $205,120 annually. The range presented is a reliable estimate of base salary plus potential commissions based on billable hours and collections. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, billable hour expectations, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. Benefits : Full-time employees are eligible for health insurance with an optional Health Savings Account (HSA), short-term and long-term disability, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plan (401(k)), paid time off (vacation, sick time, public holidays), and an employee assistance program.
