Global Talent Strategy: Architect the Global Talent Flywheel to scale with growth and power bold ambitions; hardwire adaptability and innovation into our DNA through upskilling, reskilling, and deep leadership pipelines; foster a culture of problem-seeking, productive paranoia, and edge-driven performance; ensure anticipatory succession planning with a deep bench. Executive Coaching & Assessment: Deliver coaching and assessments that transform leaders; accelerate onboarding to drive impact quickly; equip leaders to thrive in SharkNinja’s high-speed, problem-solving ecosystem; cultivate leaders who own outcomes and learn relentlessly. Performance & Career Development: Redefine performance systems to spark momentum and breakthrough results; create challenging career pathways; champion a direct, actionable, growth-oriented feedback culture.
