We're seeking a visionary data leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to unlock the full potential of our comprehensive healthcare datasets. As our SVP of Data, you'll shape enterprise data strategy while directly engaging in solution design and technology decisions that drive business value and competitive differentiation. Create forward-facing strategies to monetize enterprise data through new revenue models and partnerships What You'll Actually Do Drive operational excellence:
Ensure seamless processing of business, product, financial, customer, and clinical data through robust ETL processes, EDI interfaces, and transaction systems. Establish data governance:
Develop and lead enterprise-wide data governance strategy ensuring integrity, security, privacy, and compliance with regulatory requirements including HIPAA. Design scalable architecture:
Oversee implementation of modern, cloud-based data infrastructure supporting analytics, AI/ML, and business intelligence initiatives across the organization. Enable self-service analytics:
Create systems and processes that provide clean, accessible data for all users and applications, including client and member-facing portals. Lead strategic reporting:
Drive strategy and operations for performance guarantees, operational reporting, impact analysis, client dashboards, and proactive population health insights. Innovate for growth:
Champion monetization strategies for enterprise data through revenue model innovation, AI advancement, external partnerships, and new product development. Qualifications
The leadership foundation: 15+ years of experience in data governance, architecture, or enterprise data management At least 5 years in senior leadership roles with proven track record of large-scale data transformation programs Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills with ability to influence at C-suite and board levels The technical expertise: Deep expertise in data governance frameworks, privacy, and compliance standards including GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA Experience with data cataloging, master data management, and metadata management tools Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and data security architecture integration The strategic capabilities: Strategic thinking with proven ability to translate vision into executable plans and measurable outcomes Change management and organizational transformation expertise in complex, regulated environments Collaborative mindset focused on building enterprise-wide alignment while driving innovation and accountability Why You\'ll Love It Here
