Job Summary
The Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Sales Science Center of Excellence aims to influence front-line sales teams to be more effective using data, insights, and artificial intelligence. The team partners with CCB sales organizations and the 1CXP Salesforce CRM product leadership team to ensure that solutions are fit-for-purpose and align with both Line of Business and Product/Technology goals. The team provides expertise in data science, analytics, and business intelligence, as well as associated management of process and data/infrastructure to deliver on this charter.
As an Analytics Solutions Manager Vice President, within the Sales Science Center of Excellence, you will lead Analytics Solutions for the One Chase Client Engagement Optimization Strategy. This team defines a xLOB strategy, using data to prioritize and route client outreach activities to drive better customer and employee experiences across CCB. The role partners closely with One Chase businesses (sales strategy, field teams), cross-functional data and analytics (LOB sales science, modeling, experimentation, Salesforce data owners), and product/tech teams (1CXP Salesforce).
Responsibilities
Lead project manager for various strategic initiatives across One Chase Client Engagement Optimization Strategy development and strategic oversight. Interface with senior stakeholders across LOB Sales Leadership to influence and drive meaningful change in customer outreach strategies at the CCB-wide level.
Develop end-to-end plan for the execution of a project or analysis.
Design end-to-end strategy for a connected and streamlined customer experience supported by a collaborative and analytically-driven sales process.
Develop and test strategies that support a best-in-class customer experience, while driving sales results and optimizing individual client opportunities across LOBs and other channels customers engage with (digital, call center).
Manage and influence multiple senior stakeholders across CCB Lines of Business, specifically Field Sales Leaders in Consumer, Wealth Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending.
Understand interdependencies and conflicting priorities across Lines of Business to develop integrated solutions that best support our customers and LOB objectives.
Deploy and execute strategy across the entire Chase branch network.
Influence LOBs with additional ideas for the deployment of data or infrastructure where it is not being fully utilized.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree with 8+ years' experience in a related data discipline or business strategy role.
Experience navigating Chase product and sales organizations; knowledge of and relationships in sales leadership organizations across CCB and product/technology leadership.
Strategic, problem-solving skills are essential. Must be able to think creatively to implement solutions that solve business problems.
Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to work and collaborate with internal and external partners.
Experience in strategy consulting, specifically in data-related industries.
Ability to articulate complex issues in easy-to-understand ways.
Pragmatic problem solving across multiple types of issues in project work.
Willingness to learn new areas of focus—especially support functions.
Comfortable with ambiguity.
Ability to interpret machine learning results and knowledge of machine learning tools and techniques.
Project management/planning acumen.
