Responsibilities
Actively seek new business using marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other methods
Examine market trends to establish pricing that balances costs, competition, and supply and demand
Achieve sales team goals and yearly sales targets and plan and implement short and long-term marketing plans
Consult with sales managers and stakeholders to evaluate the company's performance
Write comprehensive and precise sales reports showing the financial statements for sales promotion, direct sales, and outline of marketing plans
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably with some experience in a sales management role
Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices for a sales department
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in basic computer skills and software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Must have a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or hospitality
Compensation Compensation:
$75,000 plus bonus potential
