Overview

Lead Network Technology Support role within the Mobility IP Ops Lifecycle team. The position involves fault and performance monitoring for Mobility Layer 3, Load Balancers, SMS, MMS, MCPTT, LBS, OTA, EPC/N EO networks across multiple deployments. Office presence required a minimum of 5 days per week at the posted location. No relocation offered. AT&T does not hire applicants requiring sponsorship now or in the future. What you’ll need

Required Experience: 5 – 8 years of related experience Required Qualifications: 3-5 years’ experience in similar enterprise environment Mobility network troubleshooting, maintenance, implementations Strong troubleshooting skills Knowledge of mobility architecture Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related network experience Desired Qualifications: Knowledge of Network Planning, Engineering, Construction and Mobility architecture Knowledge of cloud applications/networks, including OpenStack, VMware, Azure and Kubernetes Scripting knowledge such as Ansible and Python Certifications desired but not necessary (CCNA, CCNP, JCNIA, JCNIP) Excellent working knowledge of Cisco IOS, NX0S, Junos, F5 BIGIP (LTM/GTM) and F5VvE BIGIP Foundational understanding of SDN networks, virtual networks concepts Technical writing skills Environmental and Compliance

This position may contribute to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations applicable to the job function, including work related to fuel tanks, generators, boilers, hazardous waste/materials, batteries, manholes, water wells, construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions. Compensation and Benefits

Salary: Our Lead Network Technology Support earns between $106,100 and $178,200 annually. Starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
