As an AVP Sales at Adobe, a front-line leadership role, you will provide focus on Adobe's Mid Market/Scale solutions by building and managing a team of Account Executives. You will work closely with respective teams to build awareness and develop new business opportunities. What you'll do
Cultivate new lines of business within existing customer base, in the Mid Market/Scale space. Support and grow existing customer base in partnership with Solution Account Managers in the Mid Market/Scale space. Recruit, coach, mentor, manage and lead a diverse team of sales professionals to achieve quarterly sales targets, including closing new business and expanding existing clientele. Sell into multiple levels of an organization, open doors and empower the field team. Ensure that Sales department operations function smoothly, with the goal of facilitating executed sales and closings; maintain accurate pipeline reporting and quarterly sales forecasts. What you need to succeed
5-10 years of successful software sales leadership experience within the enterprise space; 10+ years overall software selling experience required. Martech product experience is a plus. Experience selling to the CIO, CDO, CMO is highly valued. Strong presentation skills, executive presence and influencing abilities. Highly motivated with the ability to develop a motivated, success-oriented sales team. BA/BS degree required or equivalent related experience. Compensation and benefits
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $211,800 – $361,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
