- Newburyport, MA (Remote with travel as needed) Job Description: The Epicor Financial Consultant will partner with Finance and IT teams. The consultant will play a key role in enabling critical financial operations and system enhancements across the organization. This role requires both hands-on technical capability within Epicor and strong project coordination skills to ensure successful implementations. Responsibilities
Facilitate and manage financial projects within Epicor, including routing and approval workflows for journal entries. Automate ACH payments through Epicor. Coordinate the implementation of FP&A with the Epicor implementation team. Support finance with multi‑company and multi‑currency functionality. Coordinate the implementation of AP Automation using ECM. Act as a liaison between Finance, IT, and Epicor’s implementation teams to drive project success. Ensure proper documentation, testing, and training during system rollouts. Provide ongoing support to finance leadership in streamlining operations and automating processes. Required Experience / Skills
Strong experience with Epicor Financials (required). Proven ability to coordinate system implementations and upgrades. Solid understanding of finance operations (journal entries, AP/AR, ACH, FP&A). Experience with multi‑company and multi‑currency financial environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Pay Summary
Up to $70/hr W2 with some flexibility, depending on experience. Location & Employment Type
