Schedule: 36 Hours/Week | Day/Evening Shifts (7:00 AM–5:00 PM / 11:00 AM–9:00 PM)

November 3 About the Role Join one of the nation’s top heart and vascular centers as a Travel EP Lab Technologist. This role is ideal for professionals with at least one year of EP Lab experience, including first-time travelers. You’ll support advanced cardiac procedures in a high-volume, teaching hospital environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in cardiac electrophysiology studies and ablations Operate Philips and Siemens X-ray machines, GE Micropacer Monitor hemodynamics and EKG rhythms (inpatient/outpatient) Support device implants and explants (Watchman, Aveir, Pacemaker, Defibrillator) Document using Cerner and GE Cardiolab Maintain safety and compliance standards including flu vaccination Required Experience & Certifications Minimum 1 year of EP Lab clinical experience ACLS & BLS (AHA) CCI RCES or RCIS certification Experience with Cerner, EP Lab monitoring, and ablation procedures EKG rhythm interpretation and vitals collection Preferred Qualifications ARRT certification and Fluoroscopy permit Experience with 3D mapping (Biosense, Abbott/ESI) Familiarity with trauma or children’s hospital settings Skills in groin closure devices, laser lead extraction, and peripheral procedures Equipment experience with ViewMate, Siemens/GE ultrasound, laser lead machines Facility Highlights Short-Term Acute Care & Teaching Hospital Ranked among the Top 50 Heart & Vascular Centers in the U.S. 748 staffed beds Charting: Cerner & GE Cardiolab Medication: Pyxis Scrubs provided Daily caseload: ~18 procedures Special Procedures Performed Cardiac Electrophysiology Studies Head-Up-Tilt Tests Cardioversion Internal Loop Recorder Ablations: Atrial flutter/fibrillation, SVT, VT Device Implants & Explants Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Contract Job function Health Care Provider Industries Hospitals and Health Care We’re removing irrelevant boilerplate and ensuring the description is job-focused.
