Job Description Join our first-class team to reinvent in-flight experience. In the role of Associate Graphic & Multimedia Designer you'll play a pivotal part on our Creative Design team.

Job Summary:

The Jr Graphic & Multimedia Designer serves as a strategic contributor to the Sales & Marketing team, responsible for developing and executing visual content across digital and print platforms. This role requires independent judgment in managing design projects, selecting creative approaches, and integrating emerging technologies – including AI tools – to enhance brand storytelling and operational efficiency. The Jr Graphic & Multimedia Designer collaborates with cross-functional teams, influences creative direction, and contributes to decisions that impact marketing outcomes and brand perception.

Summary of Duties

Design graphics, layouts, and visual content for websites, social media, marketing materials, and presentations. Ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

Develop multimedia content to support campaigns, such as assisting with video editing, creating animations, designing and maintaining websites.

Support photo and video shoots, including planning, setup, capture, editing, and optimization for various platforms.

Evaluate all visual outputs to ensure they align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.

Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, content) to develop and execute design solutions.

Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and AI-powered design tools to streamline workflows and enhance creativity.

Organize, tag, maintain, and optimize digital asset libraries for efficient storage, retrieval, and version control.

Act as a strategic design contributor, partnering with the Creative Design Manager and cross-functional teams to develop high-impact visual solutions. Provide expert input on creative direction, execution, and optimization across projects.

Independently lead multiple design initiatives from concept through execution, making informed decisions on prioritization, resource use, and creative strategy to meet business objectives and maintain brand integrity.

Receive and integrate feedback from senior designers and team members to refine designs.

Perform strategic research and analysis of market trends, audience behavior, and competitive positioning. Translate insights into design strategies that influence campaign direction and contribute business growth.

Stay current on design trends, AI advancements, and new technologies to contribute innovative ideas.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.

Experience: 0-2 years of design, art direction, creative and event direction and experience. Portfolio and demo reel required.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects); ability to edit video and audio finished products; knowledge of multimedia production techniques; familiarity with AI design tools; experience with digital asset management systems.

Other Skills: Understanding of design fundamentals (typography, color theory, layout); excellent organizational and time management abilities; ability to take direction and meet project goals while complying with branding standards; strong communication and collaboration skills; basic to intermediate photography and videography skills; attention to detail; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; creative problem-solving mindset.
