Job Description Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders. Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards. Resolve field issues and proactively manage risks and delays. Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, schedules, and inspections. Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of experience
as a Superintendent in light industrial construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. OSHA 30 certification. Ability to travel to job sites across the Chicagoland area. About the Company
