We are looking for talented hair stylists who are passionate about cutting hair for our location in Del Mar. The average hair stylist on our team brings home over $26/hr on average. At Sport Clips, we provide ongoing in person training from the best coaches in the industry to our hair stylists and barbers so they can stay up to date on the latest haircut trends. Guaranteed hourly base pay for stylists ranging from $17-23 (Cash tips taken home daily!) New attire! Unique Style pieces that allow you to express yourself through fashion. A valid CA cosmetology license is required Cutting experience in a salon preferred however not required – fresh out of beauty school or new to men’s haircuts? We will train you! Ability to provide an exceptional client experience Industry passion Your tips matter – Now, thanks to an industry-wide effort championed by Sport Clips, you can deduct up to $25,000 of your tips, keeping more of what you earn. We’re proud to support initiatives that put more money back in your pocket. Note: The IRS still needs to provide implementation guidance. Tip income must still be reported.
