Job DescriptionJob Description Prepare detailed cost estimates for multifamily construction projects including apartments and podium structures. Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates. Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather necessary information for bidding. Review and interpret construction documents and specifications to ensure accurate estimates. Monitor project costs and prepare budget reports throughout the construction process. Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction methods to provide the most accurate estimates. Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, specifically in multifamily projects. Strong knowledge of multifamily construction methods Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in estimation software, Xactimate Experience with JobTread Strong communication skills. 2 years of estimating in exterior and interior renovations - REQUIRED
