Overview
We’re looking for a
Full Stack Engineer (leaning toward frontend)
to bring our product to life. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Web Designer (UI/UX) to turn Figma designs into polished, production-ready experiences. Beyond the UI, you’ll collaborate with co-founders, backend engineers, and the product team to deliver seamless integration, high performance, and an exceptional user experience. Responsibilities
Build, optimize, and maintain
responsive web interfaces
using React (and supporting libraries/tools). Translate
Figma designs
into pixel-perfect, accessible, and performant code. Create reusable, modular
UI components
with scalability in mind. Implement
state management, routing, and API integrations . Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers to ship features quickly and efficiently. Ensure the application meets
performance, accessibility, and security best practices . Contribute to and help maintain a
frontend component library/design system . Stay current with modern frontend trends, frameworks, and tooling. Qualifications
3–5+ years of professional experience as a
Frontend Engineer
or similar role. Strong expertise with
React
(Hooks, Context API, or state management libraries like Redux/Zustand). Experience with
CSS frameworks
(Tailwind, Styled Components, or similar). Familiarity with
Next.js
or similar React frameworks (bonus). Comfortable consuming and integrating with
REST or GraphQL APIs . Strong understanding of
web performance, accessibility, and responsive design . Experience with Git, code reviews, and collaborative workflows. Bonus: Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress). Autopilot covers 99% of premiums for employee and dependent benefits (health, dental, vision). Seniority level
