About the role: As a Sales Executive you’ll be part of a team of self-motivated, high achieving sales professionals helping regional and community banks grow their businesses. You will work directly with FIS core clients to expand their relationship with FIS by identifying and selling new products and services. By providing industry-leading solutions, you’ll drive some of the most exciting new technologies in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks and invests. About the team: You will be joining a Regional and community banking team of 30+ sales executives focused on serving existing FIS core clients. The regional and community banking sales team is broken into 4 regions. Each regional team currently has 8 sales executives. Your regional team is a diverse group of sales executives working with banks ranging in size from de novo to $5B+. What you will be doing

Working with executives at assigned banks to build relationships and understand their business strategy. Partner with your banks to build a technology plan that helps them achieve their business goals. Identify opportunities for new products and services at your assigned banks. Lead the sale of new products and services to assigned regional and community banks. What you will need

The ability to listen to the challenges and opportunities of bankers and identify products and services that solve problems and enable growth. Expert negotiation and communication skills. Experience presenting to CEO/CIO/COO, etc. Ability to travel 15% – 25%. What we offer you

Competitive salary and benefits. The pay range for this full-time position is $69,470.00 – $114,610.00, with starting pay determined by job-related skills, experience, and education. Location changes may affect starting pay. Please consult your recruiter for the specific salary range for your location.
