Job Overview

Emanouil Brothers Inc. is hiring multiple Snow Plow Truck Drivers and Snow Equipment Operators for the winter season to support our commercial snow removal operations. These roles are critical to ensuring that parking lots, walkways, roadways, and commercial properties remain safe and clear during snow and ice events. We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals with prior experience operating plow trucks or snow removal equipment.

This seasonal position offers an opportunity to transition into a full-time role in landscape construction, maintenance, irrigation, or tree services for the right candidate once the snow season ends.

Key Responsibilities

Operate snow plow trucks, skid steers, front-end loaders, or other snow equipment safely and efficiently

Clear snow and ice from parking lots, walkways, driveways, and roadways according to contract specifications

Apply salt, sand, or de-icing materials as needed

Respond quickly to snow events with flexible availability (nights, weekends, and holidays may be required)

Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient job site execution

Perform pre- and post-operation inspections and basic maintenance of assigned equipment

Document service logs and report any equipment issues immediately

Follow all company safety protocols and procedures at all times

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of commercial snow removal experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions under pressure

Reliable and punctual with flexible availability during snow events

Experience operating snow plow trucks and/or heavy equipment like skid steers or loaders

Must hold a valid driver7s license (Hoisting license and OSHA 10 preferred)

No formal education requirements
