This position supports an in-office culture with role-specific attendance requirements and a level of flexibility. Position: Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) – Greater DFW Area. This role involves obtaining Securities Industry licenses and progressing through staged development toward advising clients with a broad set of banking and investment solutions. Note: This requisition contains multiple locations but there is not an immediate opening for every location listed. Responsibilities

Begin your journey by obtaining Securities Industry licenses through dedicated classes for SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 exams. Develop foundational advisory skills: acquiring, building and managing client relationships and guiding clients with advice and solutions for their financial needs while humanizing financial interactions. Work in a financial center after milestones are reached to deliver Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions and client care. Progress from Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to Stage II by applying learned skills to grow and deepen relationships within a client portfolio. Participate in the Academy program with dedicated tools and resources to support career development. Comply with SAFE Act requirements for residential loan mortgage originations, including registration and background checks; failure to obtain/maintain registration may lead to termination. Adhere to a Monday–Friday schedule with some Saturdays required; examples include 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with suitable solutions. Provide end-to-end comprehensive financial guidance and present client reviews to help clients meet financial goals and life priorities. Build and leverage a professional network within a financial center, interacting with banking customers, small business owners, and higher-net-worth clients. Required Qualifications

Aptitude to obtain required industry licenses. Self-discipline in time and capacity management. Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions. Ability to establish strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration. Results-driven mindset with prioritization of clients’ interests in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience. Skills
