Sr. Software Development Engineer, Annapurna Labs
In this role you will be responsible for leading a technical team which is critical in providing profiling and optimization tools for the Neuron ML accelerators fleet. You will work closely with the hardware and software teams to ensure the right tools are available for performance profiling of large ML workloads, identifying bottlenecks and automatically providing improvement recommendations. Neuron Core Tools develops and maintains a family of profiling software and provides ability for performance engineers to develop and improve custom kernels that would impact efficiency of large workloads. Provide technical leadership to the Neuron Core Tools team Work closely with the frameworks and compiler teams. Collect requirements from various other teams including training, inference and runtime. Collaborate with the compiler performance team to ensure timely release of the core performance tools. Anticipate future needs based on the product roadmap and develop necessary tools to increase efficiency in large scale compute. About the team

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $151,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $261,500/year in our highest geographic market. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
