What You’ll Do As a Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for:

Leading a team on-site during relocation, downsizing, or estate cleanout projects

Assigning daily tasks, training new team members, and providing direction

Communicating with clients and office staff to ensure quality service

Handling logistics like organizing supplies, setup, and job site wrap-up

Ensuring safety, professionalism, and respectful treatment of clients’ belongings

Documenting hours worked, issues, or updates after each shift

What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of experience supervising teams (moving, warehouse, retail, home services, or similar fields preferred)

Strong communication and people skills

Ability to lift 25–30 lbs, climb stairs, and work on your feet

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Flexibility to work weekdays, with occasional weekends

Positive attitude and desire to make a difference in people’s lives
