Deliver top-notch oral care to a diverse patient community Conduct examinations and diagnoses Develop treatment plans and perform dental procedures Pay information
Competitive daily rates starting at $800, depending on experience and clinical capabilities Earn a minimum of 32% of production based upon your experience and clinical capabilities Opportunism to earn performance-based increases, including participation in the GEDC Progressive Provider Pay program that rewards you with increases to your percent of production based upon the clinical value you create About This Office
Location: 1605-110 County Road 220, Fleming Island, FL 32003 Schedule: Full-Time Multi Provider practice Equipment: iTero Busy, high-volume practice offering a full-time schedule (3-4 days per week) with steady patient flow and routine travel between two locations What You’ll Bring To The Team
Clinical Expertise: Diagnose and treat oral health issues using advanced dental procedures; perform routine dental exams, cleanings, and restorative treatments Treatment Planning: Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences; educate patients on treatment options Patient Care: Provide compassionate, patient-centered care; build positive relationships with patients Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations; provide guidance on treatment plans and best practices Adherence to Protocols: Follow infection control and safety measures; follow referral guidelines when necessary Perks of the job

Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from an accredited dental school Active and unrestricted dental license Proficiency in performing routine dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, and restorative treatments Experience with treatment planning, case presentations, and patient education About GEDC
