— Rush Copley Medical Center, Rush University System for Health, Aurora, IL. This position will be based primarily at Rush Copley Medical Center in Aurora, serving the vibrant and growing communities of the greater Fox Valley region. Rush University Medical Center is an academic medical center and the principal teaching hospital for Rush Medical College and Rush College of Nursing.
The Department of Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Rush is seeking a general otolaryngologist to join our expanding clinical team. This position offers the opportunity to build a broad, community-based practice encompassing the full spectrum of otolaryngologic care, including sinonasal disorders, allergy, pediatric ENT, head and neck, and sleep surgery.
Rush Copley Medical Center is a 210-bed hospital with a long history of serving the western suburbs of Chicago. As part of the Rush University System for Health, the medical center benefits from strong academic resources, multidisciplinary collaboration, and access to clinical trials and educational programming.

Establish and grow a high-quality, full-spectrum otolaryngology practice at a busy and well-resourced community medical center.

Candidate Qualifications
MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree
Board-eligible or board-certified in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery
Strong clinical skills in general/comprehensive otolaryngology
Fellowship training is not required
Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care

Compensation and Benefits Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs. The total pay range shown reflects various factors including knowledge, skills, experience, education, certifications, licensure, location, and other business considerations. This range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee and may include incentive payments. Additional compensation may include sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances. A comprehensive benefits package is also provided.
Pay Range:
$450,000 - $675,000 (TCC)
