Location:
Near Syracuse/Lakefront, NY Shifts:
8-hour shifts 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM; 10-hour shifts 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM. Site not accepting 3 12s. Shifts start at 7:00 AM for all providers. Call:
In-house OB call preferred. Case Mix:
General Surgery, GYN, bariatric, spine, OB, ortho (with blocks), Neuro/Heads (peds few). Supervision:
MOR and surgery centers only. Supervision ratio 1:3. Facilities:
MOR – 17 rooms (includes EP/Cath Lab, GI, IR); Madison Irving Surgery Center – 4; Physician Office Building – 4; Labor Delivery – 3. Charting:
Paper charting, with pre- and post-op orders in computer. Credentialing:
Streamlined credentialing within a 30-day emergency timeframe; cross-credential at 2 sites. Assignment Duration:
