We currently have a career opportunity for a Pega Architect with customer service experience to join our team. As a Pega Architect you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of applications developed for our clients. You will work with solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design. Lead the architecture and design of business applications using Pega Infinity and related frameworks, aligning with client requirements and healthcare best practices Serve as a technical lead and mentor. Provide technical support or leadership in the development and continual improvement of services Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions, collaborating closely with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience levels Qualifications
Pega SSA or LSA certification is a must Experience in Pega Customer Service implementation Experience in building Pega applications using Constellation 5-8 years of Pega application development experience Client facing or consulting experience highly preferred Skilled problem solvers with the desire and proven ability to create innovative solutions Flexible and adaptable attitude, disciplined to manage multiple responsibilities and adjust to varied environments Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations Dynamic, fast-paced learner with growth mindset Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable major Solid foundation in Computer Science with competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies Proficiency in authoring, editing and presenting technical documents Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written) with technical and non-technical staff Salary, Benefits, and Equal Opportunity
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including skill sets, level of experience, location, training, licensure, certifications, and other business needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $73,008 - $170,640 (base salary; benefits and any equity/bonus programs are not included).
